My complaint:
I joined fire kirin thru Amina Smith I have been playing for quite a while now spent a lot and won some. Never a problem until yesterday. I won $200 She sent my refunds thru cash app. The first one for $5 I got the web receipt showed I was the receiver like it should. The rest of the refunds she sent showed me as the sender and her the receiver. I did not get the money. I talked to cash app they said for money to be refunded to me the receipt should say I’m the receiver and she is the she is the sender. I sent her screen shots of the receipts and explained what happened. She said she knows I got the money she basically accused me of lying. I have spent over $1000 in time never had a problem I have got a lot of people to join .I asked her to call cash app gave her the ph and said I could give her my info so she would know I’m telling the truth. Cash app said there and no more refunds coming to me from yesterday. She kept saying to wait a few days and I will get my $150 so actually the money I won I wont get.
