My complaint:
I’ve been playing with mainly 2 agents. 1 agent for over 6-7yrs with the same username on almost every platform. So I understand funds only get paid out once the amount won has been paid into that platform by the player. However the 2nd agent I use has been using player’s accounts. I know this because 2 other players have complained this exact same way. When my account starts paying out big amounts they will give me another username saying that account doesn’t have anymore credits left, or when I try to log into my account the password will have changed Once, I logged on and they had $26.00 credits. When I won 161.00 they said those credit weren’t supposed to be added to your account. So of coarse after they cash out the 160.00 leaving me to have to rebuild played in funds to be able to cash out on another win. It’s time for my account to win again so I logged in to try my wheel spin and my password has been changed and they’re trying to give me another username/account again!
Suggested solution:
The agent should reimburse me for at least a percentage of the money I've been scammed into sending them. Knowing they were never going to allow me to withdraw
from my account.
