My complaint:
Due to the situation beginning 2022 Finnair did cancel my flight from St Petersburg to Helsinki (return ticket).
I submitted online the refund request, it was approved by Finnair and now almost a year later, the refund is still not paid.
Suggested solution:
Finnair should send the money to my bank account which they refuse since the ticket was bought with a Visa card and Visa is not operating in Russia since beginning 2022.
