Finnair complaint: Missed my flight

My complaint:

So basically i was travelling from qatar to finland and then finland to london.I paid for the whole journey maybe 2 weeks back befre the journey. From qatar airport i was supposed to get 2 boarding passes, wherin the finnair staff gave me only one boarding pass saying that the second boarding pass will be given from finland airport.

The transit was was only an hour in finland and i already reached finland 20 mins late. I reached finland and the security there wasnt letting me inside without the secong boarding pass. I informed them that i was told to get the second boarding pass from the gate over there. Intentionally they told me to go to border control to talk about the situation which didnt make any sense. I reached the border control waiting by the que and then i was told to go back to the security transfer area saying that i shouldnt be there in the border control in the first place. I had to walk back and forth twice which took alot of time.. i came back to the transfer area and requested me to let through because i had only10 mins left for my next flight. At first they didnt and later on ,they said it was ok and let me through.. they could have done this befre so that i wouldnt have missed my flight. And by the time i reached the gate , the flight was gone allready.

I explained my situation in the gate and a madam over there told me its not their fault that they didnt let me in , its the security’s fault. I said whuever’s fault it is i missed my flight. I was given a free ticket but i had to stay in the airport for 16 hours without a room without offering me food amenities or nothing. I was very much embarassed to sleep on the chairs there which i have never done in my whole life, and by back still hurts, because i have a dislocated disc issue.I was supposed to reach london on the 6th of april around 5.00 pm, where i had to meet some people for a big business deal. And i lost aloot of money because of you people. And i reached on 7nth april 12.00 pm. And i work as a senior bartender in a premium club in london.

As i couldnt cone for work i am told to get a warning letter soon and i lost one days wage. It affected my reputation in my company as well.. so basically my reputation in my company and my business deal.. it went off beacuse of the staff there.. the lady offered me a ticket to london but didnt show me any remorse when i asked for room and food services. She basically showed me the smoking area and told me to relax.. i was very much pissed with the people there but i didnt show anything to them instead i was very respectable to them.

I dont know how you guys are going to reply. But i need to hear what you have to say. I am never refering someone to your airlines neither am i travelling with your airlines. But just so you know the flight attendents wer kind enough and respectfull to me.

Suggested solution:

They have to pay me my loss that i had incurred because of them. My business deal, my company reputation, one day wage, The embarassment that i had to sleep on the chair, the pain that i still have because of the dislocated disc since years.The food that i payed for.
I rated one star just because of the flight attendants.
