My complaint:

COMPLAINT ABOUT ANY LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM COMPANY IN TIME / or FedEX

Hi, my parcel arrived on 12 Sep 2023. Apparently some local company cooperating with FedEx, called In Time (https://www.fedex.com/en-hr/customer-support.html) is holding my parcel since than, for a reason of lacking a power of attorney.

I only found out this information from a tracking info, since NO ONE FROM that company or FedEx BOTHERED TO EVEN CONTACT ME EITHER BY PHONE OR EMAIL HOW /WHERE/WHY is that document needed.

So, I want nothing to do with FedEX or In time anymore, I requested via 2 emails return of the parcel to the sender who is notified and is expecting it back, but NO RESPONSE FROM In time / or FedEX again.

I hereby officially request to return the parcel back.

Suggested solution:

Returning the parcel to the sender.
