My complaint:
i had a very important package that was put on fedex truck for delivery on 3/9/2020 tracking 775443501012 this happened at 7something am at 8:55 it came up as exception i was told the driver tried to deliver it and no one was at home. i have been home all day and i have video surveillance all around my property. i am able to see both directions on both Streets that join, the driver was just to lazy to do his job and this is not the first time it has happened, FedEx used to be the number i shipper in the world now i would rate it as one of the worst company’s to do business with you hire people that dont want to do their job and do nothing about it
Suggested solution:
i think the driver should be fired and i want my package tomorrow morning 3/10 2124
