My complaint:
I went to my local family dollar in methuen ma. I bring my Things I purchased to the register and sure enough you card machine is not working I tried numerous times and it wouldn’t work due to your debit card machine this is the second time this happened to me and it is frustrating I needed the things I got and not everyone carries cash I think I’m going to stop shopping at family dollar and I’m thinking of having my friends and family also stop shopping at family dollar.
Suggested solution:
I should get credit in family dollar for the embarrassment and I was not at fault but Family dollar was at fault and please note this is the second time this happened to me.
