My complaint:
Store 03289, 114 Johnston St. Store manager claims her name is Heather was very unprofessional and rude. I walked in as the only customer in the store I supposed. She did not speak at all. So I didn’t let it bother me. I went to the cash register and waited about 4 minutes before I started yelling “hello”. She finally came to check me out without saying anything but “You find everything ok?” I replied “not really”. She then proceeded ringing up with an attitude. I told her I had to wait minutes before you came to check me out.
She stated that she was the only one in the store and had to go to the bathroom. I stated ok I understand but you could have said I’m sorry for the wait. She was very rude, “stating I didn’t give her a chance to apologize and that I’m the one being rude and that she don’t care if I file a complaint. Then proceeded with yelling bye as I leave the store. This Family Dollar is located less than 2 minutes from my house and I have always enjoyed the customer service there until today. Sometimes me and my family stops there more than twice a day.
Suggested solution:
Fire or write her up. My mother stated she has also had an issue with her attitude after I told her my experience today.
