My complaint:
I’m filling a complaint to report a store manager at 4540 N Shadeland Ave, because of a recent incident where I was unlawfully fired and never got a chance to put in my two weeks notice to say that I was quitting the job. I DO NOT CONDONE ANY MANAGER OF ANY SORT CUTTING MY PAYROLL AND HOURS. And I will need my full two weeks pay from Dec. 15th. I have been treated unfair and very poor for the last 3 1/2 months of me working at family dollar and never have I ever experienced bad decision making and poor judgment.
On Dec. 2nd, I told the manager that I was quitting, because with me living at my aunt’s house, I didn’t have my own key to lock the door and instead of them acknowledging that I wasn’t leaving my aunt’s front door unlocked in order to come to work, she fired me and threatened me and told me not to show up. Every since then, I have been kicked out of my aunt’s house with nowhere to go, and I have been trying to contact corporate and everyone I can contact to solve this situation, at this point I am at lost for words, and would like an apology from the store manager and corporate themselves.
Also I would like to let you guys know that for the last 3 pay periods my payroll and hours was cut. There’s no way that my very last paycheck was 11.53, and that needs to be fixed or else I will be taking legal action against all everyone. This needs to be investigated throughly.

I need my two weeks full paycheck or I will be taking legal action
