Complaint: Wouldn’t give my money back on a heater that doesn’t work

My complaint:

I bought a comfort zone heater. It looked like it would put out a lot of heat . When I got it home and plugged it up it barely got warm and I left it on for couple hours to see if it would get any warmer but it did not. I took it back to family dollar I got it from , but they would only exchange it for the same exact one. I know it’s not going to work like the last one so why should I have to be stuck with the junk.
