My complaint:
Not sure what she was key holder or manger. What ever she is she should not be in customer service . This is not first time I been shopping in Hartly DE store and seen the rudeness and horrible customer service! Yelling at cashier with a line of customers and then walks away with 6 people waiting to be checked out. Yelling from back of store to cashier to stop calling her. This happened on Thursday at 6:30pm Aug 6 2020.
Suggested solution:
I would like this person removed from her position! Like I said I live down road from store shop often in store. This girl is lazy she won’t help when there’s lines and talks nasty in front of customers.
