My complaint:
Went to the store to get my money back from party speaker 680988245305 and they wouldn’t take it back.i paid for the speaker on 662022 17:07:16 99029600138810191493 is my receipt number. She was rude and not helpful. I ask since they only can exchange it for the same one what do I do since there isn’t a other one she said I have to go to a other store or check back I ask what if they don’t get anymore in till after the 6th of July she said I was beat and I have a speaker that I won’t never use.i just want my $40 dollars back…
Suggested solution:
Call the store at 405-480-6269 and tell Patricia or Holly to let me take this back and get my money from it....I do alot of shopping with family dollar and I don't want to take my business somewhere else. This is the first time this ever happened to me..9184869040
