My complaint:
i went to the Family Dollar located @ 4727 Neely Rd. around 630pm on October 11th. They had signs posted on the door stating they are not accepting cash.. I attempted to purchase $3 and gave the young lady a $5. She declined my cash. So i just left..There was another employee that heard her decline as well.. I’m not sure if she was a Manager.
Suggested solution:
Inform me of Family Dollar policy and procedure. Or does each store make their own rules
