My complaint:
I applied and called the store to get the status of my application. The first time I called I was directed to call back at a different time. When I did I spoke with the manager who was completely unprofessional, he questioned me after asking about my availability, when I said that I’d like a day off for religious reasons. He said that there was a lot of applications and would get back to me if they needed me and then proceeded to just hang up, before I could ask any other questions. Over all my experience with the manager was unorganized and rude.
Suggested solution:
I would still like to work at this location, since they are still hiring. But, they could benefit from better management.
