My complaint:
I am reaching out to complain about the conditions of the store at 2594 main Street in Springfield Massachusetts the shelves are empty there’s boxes and plastic containers everywhere there are workers but no work seems to be getting done no customer service the store is a hot mess and so is there back room
Suggested solution:
I would suggest the recommend getting them some help maybe having some people from other stores come in and help them but their stuff out get themselves in order it's a good location it would have checked more customers at the store actually had merchandise on the shelves for sale so you can resolve it by helping them clean it up put the stuff out please and thank you
