My complaint:

I went in the store on 7-30-2020 about 6:45. I had a mask with me. When I went in the 2 employees had a mask on but had it pulled below their chin,so I went on in. One employee asked me to put mine on. I looked back she had hers under her chin still so I didn’t put it on. I had just been there 3 hours early and was not asked to put one on. I went to the register. The cashier had her mask under her noise.The other lady was now behind the register and again she said for me to put the mask on. I said you don’t have yours on,she said she wasn’t around anyone so she didn’t have to have it. I tried to explain to her I can’t wear them. I have been on lifesupport 3 times and I am a sever asthma. She said well we can call 911. I paid and left. Several people have had problems with her. One day you have to have it and the next you don’t. Some people can come in without the mask some can’t. I would like to know your company rules on wearing the mask.Thank you very much. This store use to do good but since that lady has come I know a lot of people that won’t go.

Suggested solution:

Let people know the rules on the mask and tell the employees what it is. Also tell the employees they can't do it one way for some then another for others. All rules should be the same for all people and the employees should have to follow them.
