My complaint:

Family Dollar has not sent me my W2 and have been back and forth online and emailing to file my taxes since March 2022. Approaching deadline, I am in hardship and needing my money for bills. There system is not set up to respond in a timely manner and downloads option don’t work no matter if in my iPhone drive, acrobat reader, One drive, or changed to go to your email. Can’t even view to do a screenshot to meet my obligations with the IRS deadline.
