My complaint:
This store has a whole new staff. This is the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever seen. I’ve been shopping at this particular family dollar for six years and in the past year this store has gone down. The manager is extremely unprofessional and the boys are young and ignorant. They walk around the store playing disrespectful and vulgar music on their phones While cursing at each other. I’ve honestly never seen anything like it anywhere. This store has also been out of the shopping bags for two weeks. There are two other family dollars six minutes away from this one so why hasn’t anyone taking the initiative to at least borrow bags so that people can buy what they need?? I had to buy trick-or-treat bags from family Dollar just to take my groceries home yesterday! If they can’t run the store they should close it down because it makes family dollar look bad.
Suggested solution:
I’ve been in management for over 20 years and the very first thing I would do is a pop-up visit. If you think I’m exaggerating at all please go see for yourself. You’ll be shocked!
