My complaint:
I was walking thru the store buying board games for my 8 year old daughter… Yaking my time to make sure I had everything I needed and in every section of the store she was right behind me giving me dirty looks and looking in my basket and my hands as if I was stealing witch upset me because even after spending over 50$ there she still went right up behind me as if to scare me… I am a single mother of 2 girls and and have 2 jobs to support us. I feel belittled and embarrassed by her actions… That was uncalled for and I asked her what was going on with her… How her day was going and she said This is my store and I run it like I please!!
Suggested solution:
They should really move her to a different location or demote her I've been going to this store for 3 years now on a regular basis for 1 year I went there daily because I attended school next door and had no problems with prior management
