My complaint:
Everywhere online says this family dollar is open and opens at 7 am. If you go down to the store, there is a huge banner saying they are temporarily closed, and a very rude female employee who lacks customer service skills. She was beyond rude with me and their hours they have posted online are not valid or current.
Suggested solution:
Either have the employee be trained with POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, remove her from the job, and change their hours so people with a tooth ache just as myself doesn't rush down there for medicine to be turned away rudely. I wish I could give this place zero stars!! Very rude employees.
