My complaint:
They are closing early whenever they want are cursing at people being very unprofessional over the phone when asked why they are closing early. This has happened on several occasions. I don’t get off work until 8pm and for the past month I’m unable to enter store if I’m not there by 8:20. This is very inconvenient, being that this is the store closest to my home and use public transportation. Something needs to be done about these employees closing the store whenever they want and using profanity to customers that just want to shop before the closes.
