My complaint:
On December 21, 2021 around 4:45 PM I was shopping at the family Dollar as I went up to the cash register there is already a long line before and after me. When I was next one of the associates Was on her phone the whole time I had 15 items that need to be scanned. With that being said I came home gave my daughter the lol comfy puffy socks that I just bought from Family Dollar as she was putting it on she found a security pin poking up at her foot she bled. Luckily it didn’t go all the way to her foot. I called the family dollar they told me to come back to file a complaint. I Told them I don’t got time for that And if there is any way I can do it online or through Phone. She told me no. I didn’t believe her so I Google my search and found I can do it online the only thing is every time I call a number it goes straight to voicemail which is full or no one is answering.
Suggested solution:
I know that family dollar could be a second chance to some people. They need to hire someone that is willing to take the second chance, Put work as a priority and went at work put customers as a priority as well. You should not be on your phone when you are dealing with a customer because something like this that have happened to my daughter disgust me.
