My complaint:
I am a former employee with store 1972 and was recently fired on Jim 29th 2021 I wasn’t given a written warning by my manager Sara cote nor was I given a verbal nor a final warning from my manager Sara cote she is usually scheduled for 55 hours and works 10 she has sniffed cocaine in the bath room she has smoked weed with her employees she has been unreachable for new trainees like myself while I’m responsible for closing the store in entirety I have had days where it was literally only me in the store there has been days where I could just not get ahold of my store manager as a new ASM Trainee that is pivotal for me to be able to perform my job I have text messages between. Me and said manager assuring me that I was doing a good job no hint of frustration or dissatisfaction so I’m confused on where my termination came from
Suggested solution:
Investigate the stores misconduct with employees the store is being run so unprofessional and I’m not the only former ASM to notice it as well as current ASMs are having the same issue
