Family Dollar complaint: Store opened late.

My complaint:

As a loyal customer before going to work, I went to the family dollar store to buy many items that I needed. I got there at exactly 8am. I pulled the handle and it was locked. One of the employees was there open the door without wearing a mask and told me to leave because the store was close. I told her that the store sign says that they open at 8am. she got upset at me by saying that and confronted me by telling me to leave. She locked the door again. By that time is was already 8:05. Another employee got there and open the door for her and locked again. I waited another 10 minutes for them to open the door and be able to go inside and shop. I went inside and for my surprise none of the employees were wearing a mask. I am very disappointed by this irresponsible employees that doesn’t take their job seriously. They need to follow the safety protocols to keep the customer safe.

Suggested solution:

Please talk to these employees and tell them that they need to follow the store hours and most important the safety protocol during this difficult pandemic times.
