My complaint:
Hi my name is Merci Chrisette, I would like to file a complaint against two store associates currently employed with Family Dollar at ( 903 Knickerbocker Avenue in Brooklyn, NY 11207 ) The reported individuals names is “Jessica Mark”. On Sunday, November 22 around 10am I was discriminated against as a Transgender Woman. On this particular incident I asked both individuals for their assistance with a body wash product after that exchange I went into the next aisle where I then heard “Jessica” ask “Mark” ( What The F Is That ). I started To record for legal purposes only and I overheard “Mark” say
( That’s a He-She ) which I take very offensive. I then approached Jessica and Mark asking for their names and went on to continue shopping. I would like this case investigated to the fullest extent, and for the individuals to either be transferred or terminated. I do currently work for a law firm that specializes in the LGBT community, and as much as I do not want to make this a legal issue I will be forced to do so if I feel the proper actions are not placed.
