My complaint:

My husband and I went to Family Dollar this morning and when we were checking out we had spend $48 but had some coupons clipped on your app and also had a coupon for $5.00 off a purchase of $25.00 or more. The employee refused to scan our phone or help us with the app at all and said too bad when we asked her to call her manager up. I said you don’t need to be rude ( her name was Chatorri) and her manager refused to give me her name. It is Wednesday November 4, 2020. She started telling at me and telling me to leave the store when I asked for their names and the store identification bet or a supervisors number. They refused to give me any info and then proceeded to threaten me and my husband. I have all of this videotaped on my phone and my husband taped it as well. I am going to contact my sister’s attorney and find it what my rights are but there is NO way that an employee of Family Dollar has a right to THREATeN customers and still retain their job. Please contact me at 813.531.1847 or 813.531.0585. Or aaroncarr20201@gmail.com.
Thank you

Suggested solution:

Fire the employees or call me and apologize and honor the coupons that I had.
