My complaint:

Ricky “Store Manager” was VERY rude about me returning a item that doesn’t work… He told me to wait for hours to not get a return. I work at a grocery store myself and this is NOT great customers service . I even asked to put it on a gift card to order one offline and he told me NO. This is very unprofessional and i’m never shopping at family dollar again.

Suggested solution:

Returning a item when i wasn’t out the store for 5 mins!!!! I had my receipt and all.
