My complaint:
People never know when the store is going to be open. The store currently has a written sign saying they’re open 12-9. It is very inconvenient for the store not to open until 12 noon when we need things in the mornings, and the store site says they open at 9 AM.
Suggested solution:
Open the store up regular hours 9A - 9P.
