My complaint:
The cashier fail to give me all my change on 9191920. If family dollar new policy is to keep customers change , they need to post notices in store informing the customers. Four cent isn’t large amount. But it was my four cent to give family dollar the ok to keep it. I understand of the coin shortage. But if the cashier didn’t have such an attitude about my four cent I would over look this . But family dollar is profiting not me.
Suggested solution:
Better communication with its customers. Don't assume customers don't want their change.
