My complaint:
Months back i reported this same A.M for her rudeness and calling me a thief after providing proof of an item a clerk forgot to place in my bag. After verifying with clerk that he did indeed left out my PAID item and myself providing the receipt, thia same assistant manager refused to give me my item , refund and on top of insult said I DONT CARE WHAT PROOF YOU HAVE IM NOT LETTING YOU STEAL FROM MY STORE. i reported her and disnt return to that store for a couplw of months …til this morning. I noticed her walking around me and talking loudly but i refused to acknowledge she even excisted and i simply ignored her and never made eye contact. As i gave the clerk my money for the dog food i was there to buy, i saw her exit the store. I paid for my purchase and exited the store. The door hadnt fully closed behind me when immediately that same A.M came towards yelling and saying YOU THINK I DONT REMEMBER YOU? YOU THINK I DNT KNOW WHO YOU ARE? YOU WENT AND TOLD THE MANGER I WAS RUDE TO U..i took off my face mask because i assumed she was claiming i was scared of her recignizing me and i replied YES I DID REPORT YOU AND WILL BE DOING SO FOR WHAT YOUR DOING TO ME NOW. she continued to yell and cuzz and calling me a bitch and thats she would KICK MY ASS. I told her to try it and id press charges on her and i walked away. She then opened the store door and stsrted yelling IS THAT A THREAT? in an effort to make it looklike i was threatening her. I finally had enough and exchanged words with her letting her know id be in contact with corporate.
Suggested solution:
This employee needs to be fired. If no action is taken BECAUSE SHE LITTERALLY WALKED OUTSIDE AND WAITED FOR ME TO WALK OUT IN ORDER TO ATTACK ME, I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE STORE FOR PUTting me in harms way with an obvious hostile, disrespectful, dangerous, abusive and deraigned employee. Im not the only one shes been confortational with. COMPLETE DISREGARD AND ABSOLUTe tacky store to have employees like this threatening and being verbally abusive towards customers.
