My complaint:
There are signs up for smart coupon for Downey it should cost $2.50 when use the smart coupon. When you scan the item straight from the app it shows there is no deal the weekly ad shows the deal the sign shows the deal you don’t get it when you get to the register. The employee told me that they seen the smart coupon because they went and took the tag off the shelf and looked at it and said if there’s a problem with the app there’s nothing they can do. I shop there to save money I am a mother of five. There is no point in shopping here if every single time I try and buy laundry soap or anything else and the coupons do not work. I scanned every item in the laundry section to see if that would work none of them did. Do I need to find another store? This is not the first time!
Suggested solution:
Fix app? Reimburse? Send product
