My complaint:

I went into the store to purchase a few items. I asked the cashier could I use the bathroom and she directed me to the bathroom. when I got back there I the women’s bathroom was locked. I came back out and told the cashier it was locked and she said to use the men bathroom. as I proceeded to the men bathroom I slipped on what looked like water and fell on my knee and shoulder. My sister came back to see was I ok but I couldn’t get off the floor so the male store clerk helped me up. I went home for about a hour and the pain did not go away so I went to the emergency room. they did an x-ray and gave me a shot in my hip along with a knee wrap and crutches. I called the store several times more then 10 times with no answer when I finally spoke with someone she advised me that her manager would be out until Monday. I also called the corporate office and still had no luck.

they should have at least asked was I ok and if I wanted to do a incident report.
