My complaint:

I never had this issue b4 with my service animal, then a few days ago, a lady says I need to show identification for my service animal. By law I don’t, my fiancé a lawyer and says cdc only allows stores to ask two questions. Is it a service animal and what tasks it does. Now my fiancé works w taking stores to court for not following cdc guidelines. For one my dad is also a store manager and is pissed how this store reacted. He is like u need a better manager. What if u would had a seizure in the store and my service animal was told to stay outside. The manager also lied to me saying she had a service animal but if u had a service animal state law requires u to allow animals at work, and my dad business is bigger than family dollar so with him telling me that u guys broke 3 rules when it comes to cdc laws

Suggested solution:

They need to call the new Kensington store and I tell there workers how to talk to people w service animals.
