My complaint:
I sold the property to the Family Dollar. I dedicated a easement for all delivery trucks. some of the drivers are great and enter and exit correctly.
Several others have been warned several times to follow the correct delivery route. They are the problem. They are arrogent, rude and stubbornly refuse to enter and exit correctly. This is strange because the correct way to enter and exit is the easiest and very spacious.
They are twisting and jackknifing across and through a customer parking area not meant for semis. Please call me ASAP Larry 520-991-5954
I have been fighting to correct this for years. This needs to stop……….
Suggested solution:
Inform all delivery drivers that if they do not enter and exit correctly they will be cited and they WILL loose their CDL.
They must cross my property to make their deliveries. If they do not want to use the correct delivery route, I will shut it down totally, and NO DELIVERIES will get through. PERIOD.
