My complaint:
When I got to the register at the Family Dollar the checkout person was talking to a friend about money that was owed to her boyfriend. She totally ignored that I was there as far as acknowledging me with a “Hi” or a any other communication. She checked out my items and her friend left. There was no thank you or any other any communication with me until I was on the way out the door and she yelled have a nice day. I felt invisible.
Suggested solution:
Train checkout person in common curtesy manners generally taught to children.
