My complaint:

I was in family dollar in East Cleveland, Ohio and I was purchasing some Homeline Medical gloves. When the cashier rung them up she said the total was $27 and some change and I told her that they can’t be where they are displayed it says $5 so I asked for the manager and when she found her she was outside and she told me the manager was on her way back in the store. Remind you that I’ve stood their for at least 10 minutes and the manager never came in the store to see what my problem was so I walked out the store and she was still sitting outside in a chair smoking a Black and Mild and on her phone just talking and smiling like she has no responsibilities
