My complaint:
My son and his girlfriend went into family Dollar last night and a staff member went up to her very loud and rude saying I heard you had covid-19 what are you doing in the store she said yes I had it I don’t have it anymore I did my 14-day quarantine I did my retest I listen to the health department my son and her they both had a mask on the proper way therefore nothing should have been said the staff her name was Jenny she was stalking the floor she’s very rude she has been rude before she had a mask on not the proper way when you wear a mask you are supposed to put it over your nose as well if she was so concerned about her she should have stayed away from her or pulled her to the side not being rude and hateful this is uncalled for I know nothing will be done when I go to the management her name is Leslie because they are friends I hope this is corporate and I hope you get it taken care of I hope you understand I’m very upset this is uncalled for she was so embarrassed this poor young girl has went through enough getting cov 19 getting over it
Suggested solution:
The staff member should have stayed away from her she was stalking the floor she was not at the. And if the staff member was so worried maybe she needs to wear her mask the right way. She had no business being so loud and so rude the young lady had went through enough yes she got covid-19 yes she took her medicine yes she did her 14 day quarantine yes she went back to be retested to make sure because she does not want nobody to get sick I would NOT put my kids in harm if I knew she was still sick. The cashier had no business being loud and rude. I know the store manager personally I know nothing will be said to her her name is Jenny that's why I am writing to this was nonsense uncalled for poor customer service. If she was worried she could have pulled her to the side and talked to her.
