My complaint:
My husband and have frequented this store since it’s opening. The cashier we had today Katrina, believe her name was already mad when we got to register as she was complaining to manager about being sick and tired of “these people”. My husband laid her money on the counter as she was humbling in her register..she in turn slammed his receipt and change down on the counter…complaining louder to manger that she told her she was sick of these people….yelling at us….we both took offense and explained to her she didn’t need to be working with that nasty attitude. Told the manager she’d better tell us to shut up or…or what because I informed her I didn’t mind coming across that counter on her disrespectful behind….I have never been so rudely offended in any Family Dollar as this one. We will not ever go back there and will let all we know to avoid there…as well as post this store to social media.
Suggested solution:
She should be reprimanded.....I don’t wish for anyone to lose a job....but her customer service skills are extremely poor...
