My complaint:

Hello I made a purchase of $58 checked receipt why was still in the store noticed I was over charged for paper towels they had them stocked up for $1.50 but was charged $2.85 bring it to the first employee I saw he told me he knew that wasn’t the price but they just stocked them their anyway so I told him well u are supposed to give them to me for the price that’s on the rack that’s stores policy because it’s not my fault u putting them in the wrong spot knowingly I went to go show him that their where 2 price stickers their he didn’t care so just walked off to the back office so i ask the next person for a manager the girl walked up to me so i explained the same thing which she then told me in a very rude tone that she didn’t have to give me anything while yelling an walking away so as i walked to the front she was still yelling about it to the cashier that rung me up an in front of other costumer so why trying to tell her i wanted to just get a refund she started yelling again saying she not talking to me which I told her well I’m talking to u cause u are the manager an I’m not about to argue over paper towels an told her I would be calling in a complaint against her which she told me to please do so I got my sister phone an took pictures of where they where stocked an how there 2 price tags under them then the cashier who rung me up gave me a refund an told me that the managers name is brittany an this took place on November 4th at 1136am I can be reached at 3013837380 cynthia hammond thank you

There need to be some kind of reprimand for that she has no costumer service skills or professional skills at all
