My complaint:

I was in the store shopping and I witnessed the manager who opened the store, sitting at the computer and was unnecessarily rude to a grown man who is a father and with his child in the carryon. I seen him browsing around and all of the sudden, the manager yelled at him stating that he needs to take off his bag.

What happen to asking nicely. Mind you, there were no signs stating that. In any store I have walked into, no Family Dollar store has anything posted about leaving their bags in the front.

She was rude, yelling at the other customer for him to put his mask on yet she didn’t have one on either. She proceeded to be agressive towards the gentlemen and his child stating she was not going to serve. This is her store. She can do whatever she wants. She was rude that I didn’t even stay and shop. She didnt greet neither him nor myself when walked into the store. She looked half asleep.

Suggested solution:

Your so called managers needs more training in respect and customer service. I'm shocked to even witness this behavior as any other store has the uptmost respect when customers walk in.

If you google the store, its review si horrible.
