I always hope at the family dallor here in Dillon sc because, I live right down from it. I went in today to get a bath rug for my bathroom. Well the only one I found on the rug isle looked dirty and use but was the only one that found so i was just going to buy it anyway but it didnt have a price on it so the new cashier walked to where i got it and we couldn’t find another one there with a price on it. So I told the new employee that was helping me maybe mrs. Judy knew how much it was or where we could find the price for the bathroom rug set well we went up to her and asked her about the rug and before the new employee could even finish asking her what I need she snaps at her and said I dont know iam not the manager in a smart sarcastic way. She would not even look at it or say anything else about it.if it wasn’t for the new employee trying her hardest to help me I would of felt like pure trash that just walked in from the street. The manager came out with another set that looked way better than the other. I guess we were lost on the wrong aisle.
Mrs. Judy should show respect to her fellow new employees and not snap at them when asking a question for a customer. She should also help a customer when they need help and not act like the customer is beneath her.Thank u for taking my complaint.
