My complaint:

As I was checking out with the cashier I guess I interrupted her conversation with her co worker as she complained about loosing her EBT Card along with her Cash App card. My card had declined. I was requesting cash but as she said very rudley, I just opened my drawer I won’t have cash back for awhile. So embarrassed as she said this with an attitude I tried to reuse my card which it declined again. I had forgotten to turn my card back on. But with being embarrassed about the situation to begin with I was flustered and humiliated to the fullest. There is a proper way of saying things as well as improper. Not once did she say sorry about the situation. Then I had said that she didn’t have to be so rude to me she then turned to her co worker and said that lady just said I was rude. Now I’m embarrassed more. You lost a shopper that use to go to your store 3 to 4 times a week. I just talked up the amount and weekly I was spending 167.50 there. Not any more. I feel like a giant heal for what?? Because she had lost her EBT Card and her Cash App card? Wow
