My complaint:

my husband went in to the store with a face covering on and had one of the ASMs yell at him to either get a mask on or get out. Embarrassing him in front of customers. Then I was in the store this same ASM was working and the only male cashier was checking me out, he asked for my ID which I readily gave to him then he kept going on about the ID even though i didn’t have a problem giving it to him embarrassing me in front of customers like I was throwing a fit about it when I was not.

Suggested solution:

Talk with the cashiers and ASM about how to treat customers with dignity and respect if they are following protocols then the staff shouldn't be hounding and harassing them. If someone gives you their ID when asked just say thank you and leave it at that. This is not the first time this cashier and ASM has been rude, or I wouldn't have posted this complaint. I have complained to the manager several times with no resolution, so the next step was this.
