Family Dollar complaint: Rude Associate

My complaint:

When I walked into the store the associate said hello I spoke but he didnt hear me. So he said wow you looked at me and still didnt speak and said you people. I didnt say anything I just proceeded to get the items I came into the store to get. As I was waiting in the line the line got long and the associate called for backup. Another associate came and started checking customers out, so when I got to the register the associate told the other associate I’m glad you came up here because I wasn’t going to check her out. I still didn’t respond to the rude comments. I talked to several people in my area and this associate is always very nasty and rude to customers.

Suggested solution:

I feel he should be fired because he doesn't have proper training in customer service and for him to tell the other associate that he wasn't going to check out is just plain rude and that says to me he doesn't value his job and doesn't want to do his job.
