My complaint:

I stop at another family dollor first to ask a question I perceive it on to the Family Dollar where I purchased the items one of the items was defective. That’s why I decided to return them. All the manager was the rudest, and the most disrespectful person I have ever met. She even told me to get out of her store and she runs her store the way she wants to run her store she refused to return my item, that were only less than two weeks ago I called down to the other store where I was initially and let the assistant manager of the store listen to the way I was being spoken to, by the young lady which her name was sparkle. She gave me a false name is that her name was Karen, which that was untrue because on her name tag, it says sparkle I returned my items at the other Family Dollar where there was no problem she didn’t want to return it because the return with two high

Suggested solution:

She should be terminated or demoted. She shouldn’t be allowed to deal with customers at all. Maybe she needs to be in your stockroom where she doesn’t see or communicate with anyone because her demeanor is very unprofessional
