My complaint:
0n October 2,at 4:35 I encountered rude employees at your store located at 4100 Plaza Memphis TN 38116.I know there is a shortage of change and I do my very best to be as close to correct change as possible. I purchased a bottle of Cold Flu Relief total with tax $4.39 gave the cashier $5.04 and she gave me back $.50 and she became angry when I explained that she shorted me $.15 Then the lady who said she was the manager rudely refunded me $4.35, when I told her all I wanted was my $.15 that she had all the time she replied The fucking sign on the door says exact change.
Suggested solution:
Employees should always be courteous and never rude under any circumstance and moreover never become upset and use profanity to any customer
