My complaint:
My WIFE was returning an item the assistant manager named BYRON BECAME RUDE . He has been rude argumentive with customer in the past and to my wife in the past.The manager was standing there at the time and did not intervene. Byron the began stating he was going to ban my wife and call the police. Making this type threat only escalated the situation and my wife is not one to be talked down to or threatened.
Suggested solution:
The manage should have intervened and handled the situation.Since this was not done She concluded her transaction the whole time byron continued to harass her.
