My complaint:

I brought a ac filter and it was the wrong size. It was never opened i had my receipt. But what i don’t understand why i still had to give my driver’s license so the can take all my personal information down on the return slips .i could understand if i didn’t had my receipt. I felt like if i stole and i had to surrender my information . That’s not right that you brought it .paid with your debit card and you didn’t had to show a driver license to buy it . but so much hassle to return the product. This why i don’t shop at certain store.

Suggested solution:

By phone 239 645 8125. If you have your receipt you should mot have to get all your personal information out.
