My complaint:
A cedar mop was marked on aisle for nine dollars. I brought my app to pay for it. The woman told me it was $13. I went back took a picture. I asked her to show me the one for the nine dollars and she was so lazy. She would not honor the price nor showed me the product for 9.00 What happened to customer service? Very disappointing.
Suggested solution:
They should’ve honored the nine dollars if The cashier wasn’t going to check the price or look for the product. She was not the only one working in the store.
