My complaint:

I came in they demanded i wear a mask stating it was law. It is not. I used appropriate covering and they proceeded to tell me that they would not serve me because it was not a proper mask. Your website shows nothing of forcing a customer to wear a mask. It talks about employees wearing masks. The younger employee was very rude. I did lose my temper when they kept telling me that what i was wearing wasnt proper cover because it didnt go behind my ears. I have RP. My ears swell with fever and pain. I do not wear those types of masks. My covering covered my nose and mouth. My covering went to my navel. No reason other than they didnt want to check me out. I also have asthma and legally do not have to wear a mask. I provided a picture of the covering i use. It attaches in the back and covers more than required. Your employees where being lazy. When i walked up the older woman was by the front door smoking a cigarette. Again I have asthma and she was smoking by the door with no mask, came in to work again without washing her hands. Neither of thwm wearing the gloves yoir covid policy said would be required of all employees.

Suggested solution:

Im not sure. This was so awful an experience. I live my life in pain. Getting my son out of the car and going j to the store at all is difficult. Then to be accost by ride people on a power trip that dont even respect your rules.

Hwy 90 dayton texas nov.4 2020.

Please handle this. They will lose you alot of business with their attitude. They lost mine at that store atleast.
